The Baytown Emergency Warning System

In July 2002, the Baytown LEPC produced an 11-minute video entitled "The Baytown Emergency Warning System"  to explain the LEPC's role, how Baytown residents will be warned of a chemical emergency, and how to Shelter In Place if recommended by city officials.

You can watch this video on your computer if you have Windows Media Player software, speakers, and a high-speed connection to the Internet.  The faster your Modem Speed, the better the picture quality will be, although the picture quality of streaming video will never be as good as a VHS video.

After viewing the video, please e-mail us your comments (or any technical problems) by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page.

If you would like a free CD or VHS version of the video, please e-mail us your complete mailing address and a daytime telephone number in case we have any questions.  Thank you!
